DANUT J SPATARU / BUSINESS CONTINUITY SUPPORT
Keep your business running during staffing gaps, transitions, and operational disruption.
Has a key employee, office manager, or project lead suddenly left your
business, leaving you scrambling to maintain day-to-day operations?
Or perhaps you're dealing with an underperforming team member you're not yet
in a position to replace because finding, hiring, and training the right person
could take weeks — or even months.
If you are facing any of these, or similar scenarios, I can help stabilize
your operations and provide continuity until your business is back on solid
ground. Specifically, I can step in to temporarily manage essential functions
such as office operations, projects, budgets, workflows, vendor coordination,
and administrative resources — helping ensure that your business
continues running smoothly without costly delays or disruptions.
At the same time, I can also support the transition process by helping identify
the right replacement, assisting with interviews, and training the new hire so
that your operations return to a stable and productive rhythm.
My name is Dan, and over the course of more than three decades, I have worked
across a wide range of industries and business environments, including academia,
publishing, advertising, graphic and web design, digital marketing, technology
and internet services, medical/pharmaceuticals research labs, library, information
and data management services, corporate communications, and real estate (NYC,
office and property management).
Throughout my career, I have built extensive experience in improving business
operations, strengthening organizational efficiency, and maintaining continuity
during periods of transition or disruption. My work includes streamlining
workflows, reducing operating costs, eliminating redundancies, implementing
automation, deploying digital tools, and helping organizations improve team
performance and operational reliability. I can do this not only because I am
well-versed in coordinating cross-functional and geographically distributed
teams of specialized professionals working across multiple business areas and
time zones, but I am also a very good communicator and time manager.
Today, I work remotely on select AI-related contracts involving annotation,
writing, and prompt review for supervised fine-tuning (SFT) datasets used to
train large language models — but I remain available for short-term business
continuity, operational support, and transition management assignments where
an experienced, steady hand is needed. I am available for remote/hybrid and/or
on-site assignments (preferably Manhattan locations).
