Front Page New York
YOU ARE NO LONGER JUST ANYBODY.
WHEN YOU ARE ON FRONT PAGE, YOU ARE SOMEBODY!
In 2018 when I decided it was time to bring all my major publishing projects
under one portfolio, I created Padronius Digital Properties.
FrontPage.NYC /
FrontPageNewYork.com
are part of that portfolio and the second of three publications I created,
fully financed and published in the past thirty years.
Just as TWELV,
FrontPage.NYC is
a New York City-centric digital magazine. Its mission is to let the world know
about all the wonderful things this great city of ours (still...) has to offer.
Yet, and more than anything else, Front Page New York is a hobby on which
I work when I have time. Right now I am working on redesigning its layout and
recoding everything that's behind it.
If you live and work in NYC and love our home as much as I do, I would
love to hear from you. If you own a business, let everyone know that you
exist and have something to offer. Better yet, if you are a writer or editor,
and you have have something wonderful that you wrote and would like to share,
please send it to me. Front Page New York's job is to invite the world to read it.
Whatever you would like to submit, has to be content that relates in some way,
form, or shape to New York City. I would love to read, and share with the world
your stories, editorials, articles, interviews, commentaries, poems, press
releases, and/or excerpts from books that you wrote and would like to promote
through new channels. This is the submissiopn page.

TWELV Magazine
TWELV is a made-in-New York City fashion, culture, and lifestyle magazine
which in 2011 I co-founded and helped to conceptualize, produce and
launch together with styling and editorial talents formerly nurtured
at Condé Nast, Vogue Italia, and Paris Vogue. While there, I was
involved in every aspect of the magazine's print and digital production,
publishing, marketing and distribution cycles.
TWELV's vision is to combine a creatively common perspective for an audience
that has a refined taste, but is a bit tired of the usual high-end fashion
magazines. This includes the "in-the-know" - the city and international
tastemakers who express themselves as a real movement through music, fashion
and art. TWELV features the most dynamic mix of band reports, actor interviews,
behind-the-scenes coverage of art in progress, and of course, fashion.
At the time we launched the magazine, TWELV's fashion
stories were monthly releases that contained interviews and/or photo
shoots with celebrities, introduced fashion concepts and promoted cultural
trends. We used them in lieu of newsletters and they were hugely successful.
The magazine is no longer published in print; today it is a fully digital
publication.
If you are curious how all this started, please go to this page.

Stephanie's Home Beauty Salon
This is a book which I researched, co-authored, edited, designed and first
published in Canada in 1996, then its revised, second edition in the USA in
2008. It's a book on self improvement - in essence, a collection of recipes
on how to make your own anti aging creams from organic products.
At one time, the book bacame known as "the little
book that everyone wants". I don't have time to manage this project
anymore but the book is still available and, if you believe that nature can do
its magic to help you stay beautiful, you may want to check it out. You can get it from
Amazon (paperback and Kindle download),
Barnes & Noble,
Google Books,
as well as from over 4,000 independent online book stores (you will find it when you search for it by its title, or by my name).
Just as with magazines, this is not the only book I produced, but it is the
one closest to my ❤ and to which (over
many years) I invested significant resources to produce and market.

Purple Pages Publications
This was not a publication that I created but I need to add it here
because, of all the companies I have been involved with in my long
professional life, this was the best employer I have ever worked for.
At the time, Purple Pages was a counterpart of the Yellow Pages and it
was published in both Eadmnton and Calgary, Alberta/Canada. Still,
instead of seeing each other as being competitors, Purple Pages and
Yellow Pages colaborated often. That practice was both a novelty and
a business strategy - a business mentality no longer accepted today...
My roles there were devided between several departments among which were
page composition, ad design ad copy editor, and computer graphics
troubleshooting. Having had my hands in, practically everything related to
the publication's production, eventually I settled on managing the development
of special projects.
This is where I also first learned how to coordinate multiple cross-functional
and geographically-dispersed (USA, Canada, UK, Germany, The Netherlands) teams
of highly-specialized consultants and developers which were assigned to these projects.
Unfortunately, this publication no longer exists today.
