Consulting work is billed on an per-hour formula and the rates vary depending on the...
1. type of project
2. complexity of work
3. length of time required to complete it
The rate is agreed upon by both parties before committing to the proposed project.
We prefer that consulting services are held in a face-to-face environment.
Over-the-phone consulting sessions are billed in one hour units.
Minimum project value we commit to is $500. |

HOW PADRONIUS DEALS WITH PROJECTS
1. You send us a Request For Proposal (RFP).
2. We send you a project proposal.
3. If you like our proposal in principle, we arrange for a meeting.
4. We meet, discuss details and clarify all points of special interest.
5. We go to our office and, within a couple of days, will put together the contract and send you a copy for review.
6. If you don't have any changes to make to the contract, we meet again to sign it and collect the retainer.
7. The day we sign the contract marks the official beginning of the project.

DESIGN AND PROGRAMMING
All work that requires design and/or programming is priced on
a "per project" format with the payments spread as follows:
A retainer equal to 40% of the total value of the project is
payable when we sign the contract.
Monthly progress payments are calculated by substracting the
retainer from the total value of the project and dividing the
remainder by the number of months for which the project was booked.
Each of these (equal) payments are due on the first of each month
begining with month two of the project. Any delay in payments will
put the project on hold until the next payment goes through.
The final payment, which is also the last of the progress payments,
is due the day the project is completed and handed to you. This is the
day that marks the official end of the project. At this time, we will
also ask you for a letter of performance.

In order to maintain
the best work performance we strongly suggest that, before we start
the project, you assign to us only one contact person at your business
with whom we will be working throughout the project.
Unless required by very specific technical reasons, all and any work performed
by Padronius is done off site.
As the project moves on, you can view its progress live, at any time, by
logging into your account from this page.
In over eleven years of business, we have never missed a deadline
assigned to the completion of a project.
When requested, we make available fully detailed professional and business
profiles of all those who (and if others) are part of what we do.
References from a long, long list of happy clients are available. |
